摘要:目的对中药络石藤中所含总黄酮的含量进行测定。方法采用紫外分光光度法于500 nm波长处测定。结果总黄酮在8.4~50.4 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程为: A=0.006 714 C +0.070 6(r=0.999 7); 平均加样回收率为96.2% (RSD=1.42%)。结论该方法简便、准确, 可用于络石藤的质量控制。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a method for the determination of the total flavonoids in Chinese Starjasmine Stem. MethodsThe total flavonoids in Chinese Starjasmine Stem was determined by spectrophotometric method at 500 nm wavelength. ResultsSample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 8.4~50.4 μg/ml, and the curve was A =0.006 714 C+0.070 6(r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 96.2% and RSD was 1.42% (n=6).ConclusionThis method is easy and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Chinese Starjasmine Stem. ......
