[摘要] 本文在综合分析导致护患纠纷众多原因的基础上，提出加强护理管理可有效预防护患纠纷的观点，并结合我院实际，从严格聘用制度、建立完善的培训考核机制、重视护理文书质量、落实各级负责制、贯彻查房制度等方面，阐述了如何建立、健全一套切实可行的护理管理机制，以提高护理质量、减少差错，预防护患纠纷。

    [Abstract] Based on analyzing the reasons of medical disputes in nursing,this article put forward a view to prevent the medical disputes in nursing by strengthening the management of nursing.Combined with our experience,we built a feasible system,including strict recuitment system,consummate teaching and testing system,definite job responsibility system,feasible clinical rounds system and good quality of documents of nursing,to improve the quality of care,diminish the accident of nursing and prevent the medical disputes in nursing.
