[摘要] 目的 探讨结肠癌并急性肠梗阻的诊治方法。方法 回顾性分析我院13例结肠癌并急性肠梗阻的临床资料。结果 10例行一期吻合术，3例行结肠造瘘、二期吻合术。其中1例一期吻合术后出现吻合口漏。结论 正确的诊疗措施，可有效降低结肠癌并急性肠梗阻的再手术率。
