     摘要：目的建立一种用气相色谱法同时测定止痒搽剂中樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片三组分含量的方法。方法采用聚乙二醇(PEG)-20M填充柱 (涂布浓度为10%)；柱温155℃；进样口温度为190℃；FID检测器，检测器温度250℃。结果樟脑在0.198～1.191 mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 99)，薄荷脑在0.132～0.790 mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 99)，冰片在0.139～0.833 mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9)；平均加样回收率分别为：樟脑95.21%，RSD为1.58%(n=9)，薄荷脑 102.71%，RSD为1.29%(n=9) ，冰片99.33%，RSD为1.40%(n=9)。结论该法简便快速，结果准确，可以有效地控制该药品的质量。
