【摘要】 目的 观察中药保留灌肠治疗消化道癌性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法 将消化道癌性肠梗阻患者42例，随机分治疗组和对照组，治疗组22例用常规对症治疗加中药保留灌肠，对照组20例采用常规对症治疗，疗程均为4周。结果 两组疗效梗阻改善情况：治疗组有效率68.18%，对照组有效率40.00%；症状改善情况：治疗组优于对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 中药保留灌肠治疗消化道癌性肠梗阻，疗效优于常规对照组，但由于价格低廉、使用方便、毒副反应小，是临床治疗消化道癌性肠梗阻一种方法，值得基层医院临床推广应用。

    The analysis of the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with general medicine on digestive malignancy intestinal obstruction

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the clinical treatment effect of reserved clyster with traditional Chinese medicine on enteron malignancy intestinal obstruction. Method The 42 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the 22 patients of the one group (treatment group) were treated by the general medicine plus reserved clyster with traditional Chinese medicine, and the 20 patients of the other group (contrast group) were treated by the general medicine. The cure course were all 4 weeks. Results The conditions of obstruction were all improved in the two groups, and the validity rates of the treatment group and the contrast group were 68.18% and 40.00%, respectively. In the face of symptom improvement, the treatment group was significantly better than the contrast group (P<0.01). Conclusion The treatment effect of reserved clyster with traditional Chinese medicine is better than general medicine on enteron malignancy intestinal obstruction. Due to its low cost, convenient utility, rare adverse reaction, it is a good method of treating enteron malignancy intestinal obstruction, and worthy of using in the basic hospital. ......
