高效液相色谱法测定广西粉葛中葛根素的含量

     摘要：目的采用HPLC法测定广西粉葛中葛根素的含量。方法色谱柱Phenomenex Gemini C18柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm)；流动相：乙腈(A)-0.4%磷酸水溶液(B)，采用梯度洗脱；流速：1.0 ml/min；检测波长：250 nm；柱温：30℃。结果葛根素在800~2400 ng范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系。回归方程为A=7.682×104C +5.885×104，r=0.999 3(n=5)。其平均回收率为99.49%，RSD为0.75%(n=5)。结论该方法简便易行，结果准确，可作为广西粉葛药材质量控制的有效方法。
