血脂清胶囊对实验性脂质代谢紊乱大鼠血脂的影响

     摘要：目的观察血脂清胶囊对高脂大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法采用高脂饲料建立高脂血症大鼠模型，给予血脂清治疗，检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDLC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、血清游离脂肪酸(NEFA)等指标。结果血脂清胶囊能显著降低高血症大鼠血清TC，TG，LDLC，MDA水平，降低肝脏TC，TG及全血比黏度(ηb)，升高血清SOD水平，减轻肝细胞脂变程度，与模型组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05，P<0.01)。结论血脂清胶囊对高脂血症大鼠的血脂代谢紊乱具有良好的调节作用，而且能提高高脂血症大鼠抗氧化能力。
