摘要：目的优选黄连解毒汤栀子苷、盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷3种成分的提取方法，对该方配方颗粒组方汤剂与传统汤剂所含3种成分定量，并比较两种汤剂3种成分的提取率。方法考察不同溶剂、不同提取时间及溶剂用量改变对栀子苷、盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷提取含量影响，采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果提取条件为250 倍量75%乙醇超声处理15 min即可同时有效提取复方中3种成分。配方颗粒组方汤剂栀子苷、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷平均提取率依次约为传统汤剂相应成分平均提取率的70%，145%及123% 。结论优选得到的提取方法简便易行，稳定性好。测定结果可客观反应该方两种汤剂3种成分提取率。关键词：黄连解毒汤； 配方颗粒； 提取定量
Extraction and Determination of Three Components in Huanglianjiedu Decoction

Abstract:ObjectiveTo optimize the extraction process of geniposide, berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in Huanglianjiedu Decoction, and analyze the content and compare the extraction rate of three components between refine granule decoction and traditional decoction.MethodsHPLC method was used for researching the effect of different solutions, extraction time and solution volume fold on geniposide, berberine hydrochloride and baicalin. ResultsThe optimum extraction conditions were 250 fold of 75% ethanol, supersonic extraction 15 minutes. The extration rates of geniposide, berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in refine granule decoction were 70%, 145% and 123% of traditional decoction respectively. ConclusionThe optimized method is simple, stable and efficient. The determination results can reflect the extraction rates of three components objectively. ......
