血康口服液膜分离工艺的正交设计及药效学研究

     摘要:目的:探讨膜分离血康口服液时不同膜组件及操作参数对膜分离效果的影响。方法:采用不同截留分子的膜组件、操作参数的正交设计,以与异嗪皮啶相关的各种指标考察不同膜组件及操作参数对膜分离效果的影响。结果:截留分子量为20KD的PS膜具有较好的膜分离效果,选择压力0.08MPa、料液温度40℃、进料流速2.8 L/min的操作参数工作效率更高,但对干膏中的异嗪皮啶含量及其膜透过率没有显著性影响。结论:膜类型和操作参数对血康口服液膜分离效果有影响,新工艺制备的药液色泽好、澄清度大为改善,且具有良好的药效作用。

    Study on Orthogonal Test of Preparing Xuekang Oral Liquid by Membrane Technology and its Drug Function

    Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the different membranes and its selection of operation parameter on membrane separation efficiency of Xuekang oral liquid.Methods:Basing on the index related to the total flavonoids reserved in liquid, to investigate effect of the different aperture membrane and orthogonal test of separation parameters on membrane separation efficiency of Xuekang oral liquid.Results:The PS membrane with 20KD interception molecular weight had better separation efficiency, and the preferred operation parameters were 0.08 MPa of pressure and 40℃ of liquid temperature and 2.8 L/min of liquid speed, but they had no significant effect on isofraxidin content in dissoluble material and ratio of isofraxidin penetrating membrane.Conclusion:Xuekang oral liquid prepared by new membrane separation technology was clear and had good colour and functioned very well. ......
