消痤饮配合耳穴放血治疗寻常痤疮56例临床观察

     摘要：目的观察消痤饮配合耳穴放血治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法将110例寻常痤疮患者随机分为治疗组56例，对照组54例，治疗组采用自拟消痤饮内服并配合耳穴放血治疗，对照组给予口服罗红霉素、外用1.5%氯柳酊治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为92.86%，对照组总有效率77.78%。两组总有效率比较，差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论消痤饮配合耳穴放血有较好的临床效果。

    Clinical Observation on 56 Cases of Acne Vulgaris Treated with Xiaocuo Decoction and Ear Acupoint Bloodletting

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaocuo decoction and ear acupoint bloodletting on acne vulgaris. Methods110 cases of acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group(n=56) and control group(n=54),and the cases in treatment group were treated with Xiaocuo decoction and ear acupoint bloodletting while the control group were treated with Roxithromycin by mouth and external use 1.5% chlorine surname tincture. ResultsThe total effective rate was 92.86% in the treatment group with significant difference as compared with those in the control group 77.78% (P<0.05). ConclusionXiaocuo decoction and ear acupoint bloodletting has a good therapeutic effect on acne vulgaris. ......
