     摘要：目的建立抗病毒胶囊中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定该药中连翘苷的含量，色谱条件：ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)为色谱柱,乙腈水(28∶72)为流动相；流速：0.8 ml/min；检测波长：230 nm。结果连翘苷浓度范围在4.96~49.6 μg/ml之间峰面积与浓度线性关系良好，r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.7%，RSD为1.77%;结论该方法准确、可靠、专属性强，可用于抗病毒胶囊的质量控制。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish a method for the determination of forsythin in Anti-virus Capsule.MethodsForsythin in Fructus Forsythiae was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic conditions were：ODS-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) as analytic column, acetonitrile-water(28∶72) as mobile phase,the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min.ResultsThe linearity of forsythin in the range of 4.96~49.6 μg/ml was good,r=0.999 9,the average recovery was 97.7%,RSD=1.77%.ConclusionThe method is accurate,reliable and specific and can be used for the quality control of Anti-virus Capsule. ......
