摘要：姜酚是姜的主要活性成分，可作为姜的质控指标。该文综述了姜酚对心血管药理作用的研究进展。这些研究证实姜酚具有强心、调节血管舒缩功能、抗血小板、降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗氧化及保护心肌等作用，提示姜酚可用于防治心血管疾病，值得进一步研究。关键词：姜酚； 药理作用； 心血管系统
A Review on Cardiovascular Pharmacological Actions of Gingerol

Abstract：Gingerols are the main active compounds of ginger which can be as indexes for the quality control of ginger .In this paper,the writer conducted a review of the literature to summarize the pharmacological effects on the cardiovascular system of gingerols.It has been shown that gingerols have the effects of cardiotonic action ,regulating blood pressure,antiplatelet,lowering cholesterol,antiartherosclerosis,antioxidant and so on.The study results indicated that gingerols can be used to prevent and treat cardiovascular disease.
