摘要：目的：探讨CA19-9在消化道肿瘤术后监测的临床应用价值。方法：采用全自动化学发光免疫分析检测200例经病理证实的胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者手术前后的CA19-9水平。结果：术前检测阳性124例，占62%。切除组174例，术后一个月，半年，二年恢复至正常的分别为154，146，122例，占88.5%，84.0%，70.0%，阳性者中26例无明显变化。结论：胃肠道恶性肿瘤切除术后，CA19-9多能恢复至正常。 通过动态监测CA19-9水平，用以评价手术疗效、复发或转移，指导临床治疗。

    Application of CA19-9 in Detecting the Gastrointestinal Cancer After Operation

    Abstract： Objective：To evaluate the application of CA19-9 in detecting gastrointestinal cancer after operation. Method：CA19-9 of 200 cases were detected by auto- chemical immunoassay after operation and before operation. Result：124 cases who were detected before operation were positive , The positive rate was 62%, and 174 , 156, 122 cases were tend to normal after operation in one month , six months, two years. And 26 cases had not obvious changes. Conclusion： CA19-9 are of value in evaluating operation effect and detecting tumor metastasis and relapse as well as directing clinical treatment in gastrointestinal cancer. ......
