     摘要：目的建立清肝片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别板蓝根、茵陈和甘草;采用高效液相色谱法测定样品中甘草酸的含量,高效液相的色谱条件为：Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)，流动相为甲醇-0.2 mol·L-1醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67∶33∶1)。结果薄层鉴别专属性强，高效液相色谱法甘草酸铵在0.36～1.80 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率98.33%，RSD为1.24%。结论该方法可更好地控制清肝片的质量。

    Quality Standard of Qinggan Tablet

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish the quality standard of Qinggan Tablet.MethodsTLC was used to identify Radix Isatidis, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and Radix Glycyrrhizae; and HPLC was used to determine the content of Glycyrrhiziate acid. Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)with mobile phase of methanol-0.2 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution-glacial acetic acid(67∶33∶1) was used for the determination of puerarin. ResultsThe TLC for identification was special and the linear range of puerarin was 0.36～1.80 μg and recovery rate was 98.33%, RSD was 1.24%,respectively. ConclusionThis method can be used to control the quality of Qinggan Tablet better. ......
