【摘要】 目的 探讨血清游离雌三醇(FE3)和胎盘催乳素(HPL)对胎盘功能的检测。 方法 FE3和HPL均采用酶免法进行测定。 结果 3级胎盘+、胎儿窘迫、葡萄胎和宫内死胎孕妇的血清FE3和HPL含量均比正常对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 FE3和HPL联合测定能判断胎盘功能，为临床提供判断的依据。
