【摘要】 目的 探讨护理干预对临产未婚产妇焦虑的影响。方法 将我院2001年1月～2005年8月100例临产未婚产妇随机分成A组(50例)，B组(50例)，A组临产未婚产妇住院期间均接受常规护理，而B组再加护理干预。结果 B组临产未婚产妇焦虑明显低于A组，均P<0.01，差异有显著性。结论 护理干预可明显降低临产未婚产妇焦虑的程度。

    【Abstract】 Objective Nursing mothers in pre-marital anxiety of the end of labor.Methods My center in January 2001 to August 2005,100 cases in labor unmarried mothers were randomaly divided into group A(50 patients),group A labor unmarried mothers received routine care during hospitalization and nursing intervention added to group B (50 patients).Results Group B anxiety labor unmarried mothers was singnificantly lower than in Group A, P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the level of anxiety labor unmarried mothers.
