麻黄中总黄酮和多糖的超声提取与含量测定

     摘要：目的：从麻黄中提取总黄酮和多糖，并测定其含量。方法：运用超声技术提取麻黄总黄酮和多糖，用比色法测定总黄酮和多糖含量。结果：测得麻黄中总黄酮含量为6.64%，平均回收率为100.6%，相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.34%(n=5)；多糖含量为4.83%，平均回收率为99.58%，相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.02%(n=5)。结论：运用超声技术从麻黄中联合提取总黄酮和多糖，反应速度加快，提高了提取效率。

    Ultrasonic Extraction and Determination of Total Flavonoids and Polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica

    Abstract:Objective:To extract and determine total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica.Methods:Total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica were extracted by ultrasonic technology and determined by colorimetry;Results:Total flavonoids in Ephedra sinica was 6.64%,and recovery rate was 100.6%,RSD was 1.34%(n=5)；Polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica was 4.83%,and recovery rate was 99.58%,RSD was 1.02%(n=5).Conclusion:Ultrasonic techology is applied to extracting total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica,the reaction speed is faster and the result is satisfactory. ......
