     摘要：目的采用高效液相色谱法测定白带丸中阿魏酸的含量。方法色谱柱为 Kromasil C18 ；以甲醇水醋酸(45∶55∶0.5)为流动相；检测波长320 nm，外标法定量。结果阿魏酸在0.085 6~0.214 0 μg之间呈良好的线性关系，r=0.999 6，平均回收率为98.84%，RSD=1.61(n=7)。结论方法准确，稳定性好，可作为该复方制剂的质量控制标准方法。

    Determination of Ferulic Acid in Baidai Pills by HPLC

    Abstract：ObjectiveAn HPLC method for the determination of Ferulic acid in Baidai pills was established.MethodsA Kromasil C18 colunn were used with methanol wateracetic acid (45∶55∶0.5). The content of Ferulic acid was detected at a wavelength of 320 nm. ResultsThe linear range was 0.0856~0.2140 μg with correlation coefficient r= 0.999 6 .The average recovery rate was 98.84%, RSD=1.61 (n=7). The method was accurate and repeatable . ConclusionIt can be used for the quality control of Baidai pills .
