【摘要】 目的 探讨卡托普利与倍他乐克联用治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 将90例充血性心力衰竭患者分为治疗组和观察组，治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予卡托普利、倍他乐克，对照组仅给卡托普利治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗组总有效率8220%，对照组为6500%，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论 卡托普利与倍他乐克联用治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效满意，可以改善心脏功能，减少住院时间，且价格便宜，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】 卡托普利；倍他乐克；充血性心力衰竭
