柳叶洗眼液的制备及猴肾传代细胞中抗EV70病毒的实验研究

摘要：目的研究柳叶洗眼液并观察疗效，探讨柳叶洗眼液抗EV70病毒的作用。方法采用水提、醇沉、超滤、灭菌等方法从新鲜柳叶制备洗眼液；使用不同浓度的洗眼液对感染EV70的单层培养MEK细胞进行处理以观察其抗病毒效应。结果柳叶洗眼液对MEK细胞的最大无毒浓度为1/4药浓度。在病毒感染的同时给予柳叶洗眼液可明显抑制病毒的增殖。结论柳叶洗眼液具有明显的抗EV70的作用。关键词：柳叶； 洗眼液； EV70病毒
Preparation of Willow Leaves Eye Washing Liquid and Experimental Study of its Effect of Anti-EV70

Abstract：ObjectiveTo make a kind of willow leaves eye washing liquid and observe its antivirus effect.MethodsEye washing liquid was made from fresh willow leaves by water extraction,extrafiltration and sterilization.Both infected by EV70 and non-infected single layer of MEK cells were treated by the eye washing liquid at diffferent concentration .ResultsIts highest harmless concentration used to treat the MEK cells was 25 percent of the original liquid.The EV70 proliferation was obviously inhibited through MEK cell treatment of eye washing liquid simultaneously EV70 infection.ConclusionWillow leaves eye washing liquid is a kind of effective antivirus agent. ......
