支气管肺泡灌洗在难治性肺部感染治疗中的应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨经支气管镜肺泡灌洗、注药治疗难治性肺部感染的疗效。方法 对照组60例患者给予抗生素及综合治疗，治疗组68例患者在抗生素及综合治疗的基础上给予经支气管镜肺泡灌洗、注药每周2次，连续2周。结果 灌洗组有效率926%，对照组有效率65%，灌洗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<001)。灌洗组和对照组致病菌清除率分别是853%和60%，两组致病菌清除率比较有显著性差异(P<001)。结论 支气管肺泡灌洗治疗难治性肺部感染是一种安全有效的治疗方法。【关键词】 支气管镜肺泡灌洗；难治性肺部感染
