【摘要】 目的 探讨接种疫苗及一般预防措施对住院精神病患者爆发甲型流行性感冒的预防效果。 方法 对甲型流行性感冒疫区的200例住院精神病患者中未发病的173例患者随机分为接种甲型流行性感冒灭活疫苗组152例，一般预防措施组21例，比较两组发病情况，并进行统计分析。 结果 采取预防措施前2 d内200例患者中有27例爆发流感，152例实施接种流感疫苗预防措施后发病5例(3.29%)，21例一般预防措施者发病4例(19.05%)。两组比较差异有显著性(χ2=6.37，P<0.05)。接种流感疫苗组较一般预防措施组发生甲型流感的潜伏期长，平均最高体温低(P<0.05)。 结论 接种流感疫苗能有效预防甲型流感的爆发流行，并可延长潜伏期，减轻患病后的症状严重程度。

    Investigations and prevention study of epidemic situation of influenza outbreak in hospitalized psychiatics

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the prophylactic effect of vaccination and common preventive measures on influenza A outbreak in hospitalized psychiatric patients. Methods 173 psychotics without influenza A from 200 hospitalized ones in flu epidemic area were assigned to vaccination(n=152) and common protective measure group(n=21),incidences compared and statistical analyses conducted. Results Within 2 days before taking protective measures,27 of 200 patients developed flu, among them 5 of 152 ones taking vaccination (3.29%) did and 4 of other 21 ones without vaccination(19.05%),which showed obvious difference(P<0.05).Compared with control group, latency of influenza A was longer and average max body temperature lower(P<0.05). Conclusion Inoculating influenza vaccine could prevent the epidemic outbreak of influenza A in effect, lengthen latency, relieve the severity. ......
