止嗽立效胶囊的毒理学研究

摘要：目的观察动物ig止嗽立效胶囊的急性毒性和长期毒性。方法ig小鼠作急性毒性实验，观察中毒症状并测定LD50及95%平均可信限。以1.5 ，3.0 ，6.0 g·㎏-1·d-1(临床人用量60，120，240倍)ig大鼠连续6周，观察大鼠的生长发育、血液学、血液生化学、脏器指数、组织病理学变化及停药2周后上述指数的变化。结果小鼠ig LD50为17.4 g·kg-1(胶囊)，87.6 g·kg-1(生药)。长期ig中、高剂量可抑制雄性大鼠体重增长，低、高剂量组雌性大鼠脾脏重量减轻，低剂量组雌性、高剂量组雄性大鼠胸腺重量减轻。对各剂量组大鼠血液学有一定影响。其它指标均无明显异常。结论 止嗽立效胶囊具有 一定毒性。关键词：止嗽立效胶囊； 药理学； 毒性
Toxicologic Study on Zhisoulixiao Capsule

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the acute toxicity of Zhisoulixiao Capsule(ZC)in mice and its long-period toxicity to rats.MethodsThe acute toxicity experiment was done. The symptoms of ZC in mice were observed and 50 percent lethal dose(LD50) was calculated. Three groups of rats (in high, moderate and low dosage of ZC) were administered with repeated gastric infusion of ZC for 6 weeks. Body weight, hematological and hematobiochemical parameters, coefficient and histomorphological figure of organs(the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, adrenals, thymus, brain) were examined in 6 weeks and 2 weeks after cessation of ZC.ResultsThe LD50 of ZC was 17.4 g/kg by gastric infusion in mice. The body weight of male rats increased slowly in high-dosage and moderate-dosage groups. The coefficient of spleen decreased in low-dosage female group and high-dosage female group. The coefficient of thymus decreased in low-dosage female group and high-dosage male group. ZC had a certain effect on hematology.ConclusionZC has certain toxicity. ......
