复方水蛭胶囊防治动脉粥样硬化单因素效应分析

     摘要:目的探讨复方水蛭胶囊组方单因素效应、量-效关系以及可能存在的交互作用。方法以高脂喂饲结合腹腔注射维生素D3制备动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型,应用正交实验设计,组方各因素取两水平,以血清NO、ET作为观察指标。结果组方中赤芍、丹参、山萸肉用1水平时可提高NO水平,随用量增加NO水平下降;水蛭、黄芪、降香、红花、郁金随用量增加NO水平升高。降香可降低ET水平,随用量增加效应提高;水蛭一般用量时可明显降低ET水平,但随用量增加效应降低。对NO和ET的影响水蛭与黄芪存在交互作用,同时使用可明显提高NO水平、降低ET水平,两者用量比例以1∶1.5为宜。结论复方水蛭胶囊能提高NO水平、降低ET水平而调节血管内皮功能。

    Singlefactor Analysis on Effect of Compound Shuizhi Capsule in Preventing and Treating Atherosclerosis

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the single-factor effect of Compound Shuizhi capsule, the dose-effect relationship and the possible interaction of various factors in the compound.MethodsRat model of atherosclerosis was prepared by feeding high-fat and intraperitoneal injection of VD3. Orthogonal experiment designs were used and every factors took two levels with NO and ET as observatory indicators.Results1 level of Chishao, Danshen and Shanyurou could increase NO level, while the NO level reduced with the increasing dosage of them. The level of NO was heightened with the increasing dosage of Shuizhi, Huangqi, Jiangxiang, Honghua, Yujin. Jiangxiang could reduce the ET level, and its effect was enhanced with the increasing dosage. Shuizhi, in its general quantity, could obviously reduce the ET level, while the large dosage of it caused the weaker effect. Huangqi interacted with Shuizhi in the effect on NO and ET. Huangqi and Shuizhi used at the sametime could significantly increase the NO level and reduce the ET, and the best proportion of dosage was 1 to 1.5.ConclusionCompound Shuizhi capsule can regulate the blood vessel endothelial function by increasing the NO and reducing the ET level. ......
