【摘要】 目的 探讨BiPAP面罩式双水平气道正压通气治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效、适合的通气压力及临床价值。方法 用对照分析的方法将60例急性左心衰竭病人随机分为两组。对照组采用常规药物治疗加鼻导管吸氧；治疗组采用常规药物治疗加BiPAP面罩式双水平正压通气治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征、血压、手指血氧饱和度及动脉血气分析的变化情况。结果 治疗组能更迅速、更显著地改善临床症状、体征及动脉血气。结论 BiPAP面罩式双水平气道正压通气是治疗急性左心衰竭的快速有效的方法。

    Clinical efficacy of BiPAP by mask in treatment of acute left heart failure

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and practical value of bi-level positive airway pressure(BiPAP) by mask on acute left heart failure(ALHF).Methods 60 patients with ALHF were randomly divided into two groups: control group(treated with ordinary drugs) and treatment group(treated with ordinary drugs and BiPAP). The changes of clinicai symptoms, physical sign, blood pressure, finger’s oxygen saturation and arterial blood gas were measured to evaluate the efficacy of BiPAP ventilation. Results The clinical symptoms, physical sign and arterial blood gas of treatment group were all improved significantly and quickly. Conclusion The use of BiPAP by mask therapy is feasible and effective on ALHF. ......
