摘要： 伤口愈合是一个复杂的过程，理念分为干性愈合和湿性愈合。其理念正由传统的干性愈合向现代化的湿性愈合发展，从而奠定了保湿敷料的产生和发展。伤口的评估分类，为换药提供了依据，强调清洗、清创、湿敷在伤口愈合的作用。关键词：伤口;换药

Abstract： The process of wound healing is complicated,it’s concept may be categorized as dry healing and wet healing.The idea is to develop from classical dry healing to modern wet healing,which was the foundation of production and development of keepwet dressing.How to change wound dressing corresponds to the way in which to evaluate and classify wounds.The effect of washing,debridement and wet dressing on wound healing is emphasized.

创伤是外科医疗过程中十分常见的情况，创伤伤口有手术切口、烧伤、日常损伤、褥疮以及感染性伤口等。临床上，治疗创伤的根本目的是治愈原发病、加速伤口愈合。对不同伤口的换药方法，许多学者作了广泛的研究，本文综述如下。
1 伤口的分类
通常，我们根据损伤时间及被细菌污染程度，把伤口分为清洁、污染、感染和溃疡伤口4类：清洁伤口指未受细菌感染，可达Ⅰ期愈合的伤口；污染伤口是指沾染了异物或细菌而未发生感染的伤口 ......
