小儿严重创伤术后ICU治疗

摘要： 目的 探讨提高严重创伤患儿综合救治水平的方法。方法 回顾性总结分析17例严重创伤患儿在ICU综合治疗的临床资料及诊治经验。结果 17例患儿全部于撤离呼吸机、休克纠正、循环稳定、凝血功能恢复正常、内环境稳定、病情平稳、无明显其它并发症后转回原科室。结论 严重创伤患儿经外科处理后应转至ICU综合治疗，在整个抢救过程中，应严密监护，紧急处理休克、创伤、呼吸衰竭等主要问题，同时尽量兼顾全身情况，促进患儿康复。关键词：创伤；重症监护；治疗；儿童
