     摘要：目的建立阴洁肤净洗液的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的蛇床子、连翘等进行定性鉴别；用高效液相色谱法测定样品中苦参碱的含量：采用ODS柱、流动相为乙腈-0.2 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(0.2 mol/L磷酸二氢钾里含0.2%的三乙胺，用磷酸调pH值2.7)6∶94，检测波长207 nm；流速1.0 ml/min。结果在薄层色谱中均能检出蛇床子、连翘的特征斑点；含量测定结果表明，苦参碱进样量在0.796 8~3.984 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)，平均回收率100.1%，RSD为1.12%(n=5)。结论该方法可准确、快速地对阴洁肤净洗液进行定性、定量测定，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

    Quality Standard of Yinjiefujing Lotion

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the quality standard for Yinjiefujing Lotion. MethodsFructus Cnidii,Fructus Forsythiae in Yinjiefujing Lotion were identified by TLC，the matrine content was determined by HPLC on ODS column(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm) ,with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2%mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(6∶94),adjusted to pH 2.7 with phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was set at 207 nm. ResultsFructus Cnidii,Fructus Forsythiae could be identified by TLC .The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.796 8~3.984 μg (r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.1% ......
