[摘要] 目的 探讨舒适与心理护理干预在高眼压状态下青光眼患者围术期的影响。方法 62例患者随机分成试验组32例，对照组30例。对照组实施常规护理，试验组在常规护理的基础上增加舒适与心理护理。结果 试验组在减少手术并发症及患者对护理工作满意度方面均优于对照组。结论 舒适与心理护理应用于高眼压状态青光眼患者围术期有利于降低并发症及提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

    Application of comfort and psychological nursing method on glaucoma patient with high pressure on their eyes

    [Abstract] Objective To exploring effect of comfort and psychology nursing method on glaucoma patients with high pressure on their eyes.Methods Sixty-two glaucoma patients were divided into two groups:test group and control group.There were 32 patients in the test group,and 30 patients in the control group.The control group used normal nursing method.The test group added comfort and psychology nursing method besides normal nursing method.Results There was significant difference between test group and control group in complications’ occurring inspected by χ2,χ2=4.22,P<0.05,and glaucoma patients were more satisfied with nursing job compared with χ2=6.40,P<0.05.Conclusion Comfort and psychology nursing method used on glaucoma patients with high pressure on their eyes were helpful on reducing complications and increasing patients’ satisfaction from comfort and psychology nursing. ......
