[摘要] 目的 评价护理干预对未足月妊娠胎膜早破孕妇预后的影响，以提高产科护士对这类孕妇的监测和护理水平。方法 对我院1年间86例孕29～36+6周胎膜早破孕妇在做好基础护理的同时加强心理护理，回顾性调查分析其母儿预后。结果 所有孕妇无一例发生宫内或产后感染，新生儿预后好者(Apgar评分>7分)达95.3%。结论 未足月妊娠的孕妇思想压力大、住院时间长良好的生理及心理护理可改善其预后。

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of combined nursing on pregnant women with premature rupture of membrane in pre-term period,so as to improve the nurses’ skill on such women in delivery room.Methods Eighty-six cases of pregnant women with premature rupture of membrane in pre-term period and premature delivery in our department last year were given combined nursing including basic and psychological caring and their prognosis was retro-inspected.Results The inter-uterus and puerperium infection rate was 0 in all 86 cases,the good-score infant (Apgar>7) rate was 95.3%(82/86).Conclusion The pregnant women with premature rupture of membrane in pre-term period would be in hospital longer and had much more stress than normal,the combined nursing with both biological and psychological part could apparently improve the prognosis of mother and infant. ......
