[摘要] 目的 探讨血清孕酮(P)、妊娠相关蛋白A(PAPP-A)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平对早期妊娠患者的意义。方法 分析2006 年5~11月我院门诊及住院需进一步诊治的早期妊娠患者96例，以ELISA法测血清P、VEGF及PAPP-A水平。结果 P水平在正常妊娠、异常宫内妊娠及异位妊娠3组之间差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01)；VEGF水平在正常妊娠与其余两组之间差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)；而PAPP-A水平在异位妊娠与另外两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。如将三者联合成式子[VEGF/(PAPP-A*P)]检测3组之间均差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 P、VEGF、PAPP-A对早期妊娠结局的判断均有一定价值，且三者联合测定将进一步提高异常妊娠的诊断率。
