[摘要] 目的 探讨时辰化疗加中药择时用药对减轻大肠癌术后化疗不良反应的疗效及护理。方法 对30例大肠癌术后患者随机分成治疗组(时辰化疗+中医择时用药)和对照组(常规化疗+中医非择时用药)，每组各15例，观察其毒性反应。结果 治疗组总有效率47.62%，对照组总有效率19.05%，主要的毒副反应时辰化疗组口腔黏膜炎、恶心、呕吐、腹泻及骨髓抑制均比常规化疗组明显减轻，两组差异有统计学意义。结论 时辰化疗加中药择时用药可减少大肠癌术后化疗的不良反应，值得推广应用。同时，精心的护理是确保治疗方案顺利进行的关键。

    Observation and nursing care on postoperative patients of colon carcinoma treated by chrono-chemotherapy with time-selecting TCM

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect and nursing care of chrono-chemotherapy with time-selecting TCM treatment on alleviating toxic and side-effects of postoperative chemotherapy on colon carcinoma.Methods Thirty cases of postoperative colon carcinoma patients were randomly divided into treatment group(chrono-chemotherapy with time-selecting TCM treatment)and control group(routine-chemotherapy with non-time-selecting TCM treatment),with 15 cases in each group,to observe toxic and side-effects.Results Overall effective rate of treatment group was 47.62%,compared to 19.05% of control group.Main toxic and side-effects of treatment group,including oral mucositis,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and myelosuppression,were significantly less than that of control group,with significant difference.Conclusion Chrono-chemotherapy with time-selecting TCM treatment can reduce adverse reaction of postoperative chemotherapy on colon carcinoma,which is well worth popularizing.Meanwhile,intensive nursing care is the key to ensure the execution of chemotherapy. ......
