[摘要] 随着社会主义市场经济的建立和发展，医疗体制改革的不断深化，医疗卫生市场的竞争越来越激烈。成本管理已经是医院管理的必然趋势，“低能高效”成为医院管理的必然要求。然而护理成本无疑是医院成本的主要因素之一，实行护理成本管理，提高护理服务的有效性、经济收益性和社会效益性，是我们护理管理者所面临的一个新问题。

    [Abstract] With the establishment and development of socialist market economy,and the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical care system,competition in health care market has become fiercer.Cost management is an inevitable trend of hospital management.“Energy efficiency” has become an inevitable requirement for hospital management.However,the nursing costs are undoubtedly one of the main factors among hospital costs.The nursing administrators,are facing a new problem in the realization of the nursing cost management,improvement of the effectiveness,the economic returns and the social benefits in care services.
