[摘要] 目的 总结经皮激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)治疗颈椎病围术期的护理经验。方法 对56例接受PLDD治疗的颈椎病患者的临床资料和护理方法进行回顾性分析，总结该手术围术期的护理要点。结果 56例患者均顺利度过围术期，取得满意疗效，术后无一例出现并发症。结论 高度重视PLDD治疗颈性眩晕围术期的护理工作是手术顺利进行、术后并发症减少、手术成功率提高的重要保证。

    Perioperation nuring for patients with cervical spondylosis treated by percutaneous laser disc decompression

    [Abstract] Objective To summarize the nursing points for the cervical spondylosis patients accepted the percutaneous laser disc decompression(PLDD) treatment.Methods Analyze the clinical data and nursing methods of 56 cervical spondylosis patients accepted the PLDD treatment,and summarize the nursing points.Results All of the 56 patients passed the perioperation in safety,and all of them recovered well.No complications happened.Conclusion To think highly of the nursing work for patients with cervical vertigo in the perioperation is very important in taking operation,reducing the complications and increasing the success ratio of the operation. ......
