[摘要] 目的 探讨玻璃体切割硅油填充术后继发性青光眼的原因及处理方法。方法 168例玻璃体切割硅油填充眼，对其中的33例继发性青光眼病例进行总结、分析。探讨其发生的原因及处理方法。结果 本组继发性青光眼病例，通过及时对症处理，眼压均控制在<21 mm Hg。结论 玻璃体切割硅油填充术后继发青光眼是这类手术的常见并发症，早期预防，及时发现并正确处理会减少对视功能的损害。
