【摘要】 目的 探讨套管针在静脉切开术中的应用。 方法 对52例静脉穿刺失败的危重病人，采用静脉切开后直视下进行套管针穿刺。结果 本组52例均置管成功，建立了可靠的输液通道，未出现套管脱落、渗漏、感染等并发症。结论 在静脉切开术中使用套管针穿刺代替常规的硅胶管置入法可起到简化操作、缩短时间、减少并发症等作用，值得在临床上推广使用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate venotomy trocar in the application. Method 52 venipuncture failure critically ill patients,after the open-incrision under intravenous needle casing.Results The 52 cases were succesfully tubing,estsblishment of a reliable channel infusion didn’t happen casing peeling,leskage,infection or other complications. Conclusion Venotomy casing used instead of the silicon tube insertion needle can play simplify operations,reducing the time and illness complications,and so on,that deserves clinical use.
