[摘要] 目的 观察三磷酸腺苷、2%普鲁卡因混合液咽部封闭治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法 对慢性单纯性咽炎112例，慢性肥厚性咽炎38例患者分别用三磷酸腺苷、2%普鲁卡因混合液咽部封闭(试验组)；华素片、雾化吸入(对照组)分别进行治疗观察比较。结果 总有效率分别为：慢性单纯性咽炎：试验组98.21%，对照组64.29%；慢性肥厚性咽炎：试验组89.47%，对照组63.16%。两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 三磷酸腺苷、2%普鲁卡因混合液咽部封闭是治疗慢性咽炎的有效方法。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the efficiency of ATP and 2% probanthine in chronic pharyngitis.Methods 112 cases of chronic simple pharyngitis and 38 cases of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis were divided into 2 groups randomly.The experiment group were administered mixture solution of ATP and 2% probanthine by pharynx blocking.The control group were administered atomization and spray inhalation.Results The effective rates of experiment group and control group were respectively (chronic simple pharyngitis) 98.21% and 64.29% and (chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis) 89.47% and 63.16%.The difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The mixture solution of ATP and 2% probanthine is more effective in treating chronic pharyngitis. ......
