[摘要] 目的 探讨突发性聋伴或不伴眩晕与耳鸣对判断预后的价值。方法 回顾性分析我科收治的492例突发性聋患者的资料。结果 突发性聋不伴耳鸣、眩晕患者77例，治疗有效率为89.6%；伴耳鸣不伴眩晕患者334例，有效率87.4%(P>0.05)。仅伴眩晕28例，治疗有效率为60.7%，同时伴眩晕、耳鸣患者52例，治疗有效率为57.7%(P>0.05)。伴耳鸣不伴眩晕患者与伴眩晕患者比较P<0.05。结论 突发性聋不伴眩晕者预后更好，突发性聋伴或不伴眩晕对判断预后很有意义，耳鸣的有无对判断预后无明显价值。
