[摘要] 目的 评价美托洛尔缓释片治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法 62例心力衰竭患者随机分成两组，美托洛尔缓释片组在常规治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔缓释片，并逐步加大剂量，本研究最大剂量为95 mg/d，疗程30周；对照组进行常规治疗。 结果 治疗30周后，美托洛尔缓释片组患者的LVEDD和LVESD明显缩小(P<0.01)，治疗组总有效率为90.3%，对照组总有效率为64.5%。结论 老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者可以长期应用美托洛尔缓释片治疗，并能够改善心肌功能，提高生活质量，延长寿命。

    Evaluation of in treatment of metoprolol sustained-release tablets senile congestive heart failure

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol sustained-release tablets in treating senile congestive heart failure. Methods To divide 62 patients into two groups,on the basis of routine treatment metoprolol sustained-release tablets group was added to metoprolol sustained-release tablets and added dose step by step,maximum dosage was 95 g/d in the study,course of treatment was 30 weeks,contrast group was conducted routine treatment. Results LVEDD and LVESD of metoprolol sustained-release tablets group reduced markedly(P<0.01) after 30 weeks treatment and total efficiency was 90.3%,contrast group total efficiency was 64.5%.Conclusion Metoprolol sustained-release tablets was able to apply chronically to senile chronic congestive heart failure patients and able to improve cardiac muscle function,to enhance life quality,to prolong life-span. ......
