【摘要】 目的 探讨自诉有青霉素过敏史患者再次应用青霉素治疗的可行性。方法 通过对25例自诉青霉素过敏患者再次应用青霉素治疗，并观察治疗过程中的副反应。结果 25例自诉青霉素过敏患者再用药，无1例出现青霉素过敏反应。结论 有青霉素过敏史的患者皮试阴性后可以应用青霉素。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of penicillin therapy for patients with positive penicillin skin test history. Methods 25 patients with positive penicillin skin test were re-tested and received penicillin therapy. Results None of them were positiveanddeveloped allergic reaction when they received penicillin therapy. Concluision Patients with positive penicillin skin test history could be received treatment of penicillin after negative skin re-test of penicillin.
