[摘要] 目的 扩大眼库知识宣传和角膜移植供体来源，探讨促进角膜捐献的方法和对策。方法 在石家庄和邢台两地开展万人签字仪式并建立捐献站。 结果 两年时间408人填表持卡，16人身后捐献，成功11人，失败5人。结论 身后角膜捐献是一项系统工程。现阶段有社会性、必要性和可行性、合法性、局限性等特点。未来的瞻望前景是乐观的。

    [Abstract] Objective To enhance the propaganda of knowledge about eye bank and increasing the source of donated cornea ,and investigate the methods and strategy of increasing the donation of cornea.Methods Holding the ceremony of ten thousands people signing was held and the donation office was builded.Results 408 volunteers filled in the form and kept the card,16 volunteers donated after death,11 of them successed and 5 failed.Conclusion Donation of cornea after death is a systematic engineering,with the characteristic of sociality,necessity,feasibility,legitimation,limitations and so on, and the prospect is optimistic. ......
