店员：不是这样的。注射流感疫苗可以预防流行性感冒病毒，但不能防止普通感冒的发生，只能起到缓解普通感冒症状、缩短感冒周期等作用。而且，即使注射了流感疫苗，也要在半个月之后才能产生抗体，达到预防的目的。
