FITC-Annexin V/PI双染色FCM检测非小细胞肺癌药物敏感性

    中国煤炭工业医学杂志000483摘 要:目的检测非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)体外化疗药物敏感性。方法采用FITC-AnnexinV/PI双染色双变量流式细胞分析法。结果49例非小细胞肺癌对化疗药物的敏感度由高至低依次为泰素、顺铂、丝裂霉素、诺维本、长春地辛和依托泊苷。结论本试验是一种新的化疗药物敏感性检测方法。6种化疗药物对NSCLC标本的敏感度与临床单剂化疗疗效基本一致,提示该检测对提供临床个体化化疗方案的选择具有重要的参考价值。

    Determination of Sensitivity of Non-Small Cell Long Cancer Medicines by FITC--Annexin V/PI double staining Flow Cell Method

    Abstract:Objective To determine the sensitivity of extrinisic chemical therapy medicines of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods FITC-Annexin V/PI double staining double variables flow cell method (FCM) was adopted. Results 49 NSCLC were tested and they were most sensitive to Taxol, and next to it are DDP, MMC, NVB, VDS and VP-16. Conclusion This test is a new way to determine the sensitivity of the chemical therapy medicines. These 6 chemical medicines’ sensitivity to NSCLC samples is almost consistent with the chemical therapy effects of the clinical individual medicine. This determination is of important referring value to decide on the clinical individual chemical therapy alternatives.
