颅底缺损重建膜的抗膨出特性

    医用生物力学000304摘 要:硬脑膜及替代物的抗膨出特性在无骨支撑的颅骨缺损重建中有重要意义。本文根据骨缺损时硬脑膜在脑压作用下的弯曲变形特点,引入抗膨出特性参数:初始变形指数和蠕变指数。用该参数为硬脑膜及其替代物排序,说明新鲜人硬脑膜为最佳抗膨出材料,冻干人硬脑膜为最佳替代品,而牛心包人工膜、硅橡胶膜和涤纶膜均不适宜作抗膨出材料。测量表明冻干人硬脑膜可近似按各向同性材料处理,颞肌筋膜和颅骨膜则表现出各向异性特征。本文提出的方法和结果可临床参考。

    A STUDY OF ANTI-PROTRUDING PROPERTIES OF DURA AND ITS SUBSTITUFES

    Abstract:The study of anti-protruding properties of dura and its substitutes is important to reconstnlction of skull defecfs. The parameters of anti-protruding properties of dura and its substitutes are introduced on the basis of constant creep solution of the dural deflection under the constant intracranial pressure. Dura and its Substitutes are arranged in order to the parameters: fresh human dura is the best anti-protruding material, lyophilized human dura is the best substitute, and artificial membrane of bovine cardiac valve, silicone rubber and terylene are unsuitable for use as anti-protruding material. The measurements showed that dura is isotropic approximately, which temporalis myofascia and pericranium are anisotropic.
