    河南医科大学学报000302 吴逸明,男,1944年出生,现任河南医科大学校长、公共卫生学院劳动卫生学和卫生毒理学教研室教授、硕士及博士生导师、河南省省管专家、享受国务院特殊津贴专家。1967年毕业于湖北医学院医疗系,从事临床工作12 a。1981年在同济医科大学卫生系进修预防医学专业,开始从事预防医学专业,1988年到加拿大McGill大学职业卫生学院作为副教授访问学者从事间皮瘤病因研究2 a。曾任预防医学系副主任和主任、公共卫生学院院长、河南医科大学副校长。现兼任中国环境诱变剂学会常务理事、中国抗癌协会理事、中华预防医学会卫生毒理专业委员会副主任委员、中国环境诱变剂学会致癌专业委员会主任委员、中国环境诱变剂学会抗诱变剂抗癌剂专业委员会委员、中国毒理学会免疫毒理专业委员会副主任委员、《中华劳动卫生职业病杂志》第四届编委会编委 、《癌变、畸变、突变》杂志编委 、 《河南医科大学学报》副主编 、《河南预防医学杂志》副主编、河南省科协常委、河南省环境诱变剂学会主任委员、河南省预防医学会副主任委员、河南省抗癌协会副理事长、河南省预防医学会劳动卫生与职业病专业委员会副主任委员、河南省实验动物管理委员会副主任委员、河南省实验动物学会主任委员、河南省保健食品评审委员会委员、河南省卫生厅药品审评委员会委员、河南省卫生厅药品审评委员会西药审评委员会主任委员。先后到日本东京大学、庆应大学、东北大学医学部、横滨大学医学部和美国明尼苏达大学、华盛顿大学、北卡罗来那大学医学院、美国环境保护署访问,并进行了学术交流。

    系列研究概况:

    有两个长期稳定的研究方向:一是肺癌的早期预报、干预及生物治疗;二是尘肺的预防及治疗。自1982年开始进行煤焦沥青诱发肺癌研究至今已有18 a,先后发表了“煤焦沥青诱发大鼠肺癌的实验研究、煤焦沥青对作业工人生物膜损伤初探、沥青接触者细胞免疫功能初探、沥青对人体细胞遗传效应的研究、煤焦沥青对作业工人健康影响的调查、碳素厂恶性肿瘤死亡状况队列调查、煤焦沥青对作业工人细胞遗传学指标的影响、富硒食品对焦化作业工人的细胞免疫和膜损伤保护的初步观察、大蒜对焦炉工生物膜损伤和细胞免疫保护作用的初探”等一系列论文,对煤焦沥青诱发肺癌的大鼠、小鼠及多环芳烃接触者的生化指标、遗传指标及分子生物学指标进行了系列研究,对大蒜、硒阻断肺癌发生的作用进行了观察。采用了分子生物学方法、高效毛细管电泳方法、神经网络及数理统计学等多种方法对肺癌的预测进行了探讨,取得了较好的效果。此项目是美国NIOSH史香林教授与本课题组建立的中美合作研究项目;与中国药科大学相秉仁教授、吴如金教授及大连化学物理研究所国家色谱分析中心、色谱开放重点实验室主任邹汉法教授进行课题协作研究,获得了大量资料和可靠的依据,为采用综合指标早期预报肺癌及肺癌干预奠定了良好的基础。

    1998年开始对全肺灌洗治疗尘肺的机制和效果进行研究和观察,发表了“煤尘刺激肺巨噬细胞对人胚肺成纤维细胞的作用、IGF-1与矽肺纤维化的关系”等论文。通过对灌洗液的分析和实验动物模型的观察,探讨煤尘肺的发病机制、病变特点和BAL 治疗尘肺的机制,为临床应用BAL诊断、治疗尘肺提供客观的检测指标,为尘肺的防治和揭示其发病机制提供新的科学依据。

    从1981年以来,在公开刊物上共发表专业论文69篇,出版专著和教材14部。职业性肺癌高危险人群生物指标监测和大蒜的干预实验研究获河南省科技成果二等奖,另获河南省科技进步三等奖3项,河南省教委科技进步二等奖2项,河南省医药卫生科技成果二等奖2项,河南省自然科学优秀学术论文奖2项,参加国际学术会议论文5篇。

    Professor Wu was graduated from Department of Clinical Medicine of Hubei Medical University in 1967, and had been working in clinical field for 12 years. After that, he continued to study in Department of Preventative Medicine of Tongji Medical University and began to pursue the research in this field. In 1988, Professor Wu went to McGill University in Canada as a visiting scholar for a two-year research on the celiothelioma. He was the Vice President and Dean of Public Health College, and Vice President of Henan Medical University. Now he is Commissioner of the Chinese Institute of Environmental Mutagen, Vice Presidential Commissioner of the Toxicological Session of Chinese Preventative Medicine Institute, and the Presidential Commissioner of the Metacarcinogen Session of the Chinese Institute of Environmental Mutagen. He is also Commissioner of the Antimutagen Session of the Chinese Institute of Environmental Mutagen, Commissioner of the Anticancer session of the Chinese Institute of Environmental Mutagen, and Commissioner of the Immunology and Toxicology Session of the Chinese Institute of Toxicology. Professor Wu is the member of the fourth editorial committee of Chinese Journal of Labor Health and Occupational Diseases, the member of the editorial committee of Journal of Carcinogenesis, Teratogenesis and Mutagenesis, and the vice Chief Editor of Journal of Henan Medical University and Journal of Henan Preventative Medicine. In addition, he is also member of Henan Provincial Scientific Committee. Now he is the presidential commissioner of Henan Institute of Environmental Mutagen, the vice Presidential Commissioner of Henan Institute of Preventative Medicine, and the Vice Presidential commissioner of Henan Anticancer Association. Moreover he is the Vice Presidential Commissioner of the Labor Health and Occupational Diseases Society of Henan Preventative Committee, the Vice Presidential Commissioner of Henan Administration Committee of Laboratory Animals, and the presidential commissioner of Henan Institute of Animals. He is also the member of Henan Assessment Committee of the Health Food and the Assessment Committee of Medicine of Henan Health Bureau. He has visited Tokyo University and Washington .

    There are two long-term and stable research directions: one is the early forecasting, interfering and biological therapy of lung cancer; the other is the prevention and therapy of pneumoconiosis. The study of inducing lung cancer by coal tar pitch was began in 1982, from then on, a series of articles have been published, such as “research about inducing rat lung cancer by coal tar pitch”, “research about the workers′ biological membrance damage induced by coal tar pitch”,“research about the hereditary effect of human somatic cells induced by pitch", et al. A series of studies have been made about the biochemical, hereditary and molecular biological indexes of induced rats and mouses and the workers exposed to polysylic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAHs), observations about the blockage effects of garlic and selenium in lung cancer's carcinogenesis were also made. Methods of molecular biology, high-effect capillary, eletrophoresis, neural net and statistics were used in the study of lung cancer's prognosis and good effects were achieved. The subject was cooperated with Professor Shi Xianglin from American NIOSH, Professor Xiang Bingren from Chinese Pharmaceutic University and Professor Zhou Hanfa from Dalian Chemistry and Physics Research Agency, who is also the master of the open major laboratory of National Chromatographic Analysis Center. Large amount of data and evidence gained from the research made a good basis of lung cancer's early forecasting and interfering.

    The study and observation about the mechanism and effect of treating pneumoconiosis by BAL was started in 1998, articles such as “effect of stimulating lung macrophage by coal dust on embryo lung fibrobast cell, the relationship between IGF-1 and silicosis fibrosis" have been published. Mechanism of coming on, characteristics of pathologic change and mechanism of treating pneunoconisis with BAL were discussed through analysis lavage fluid and observing animal model. It provided objective indexes of pneumoconiosis' diagnosis, treatment in clinical application. It also provided new scientific evidence of pneumoconiosis' prevention, treatment and mechanism.

    Since 1981, Professor Wu published 69 articles and 14 books. He won 3 terms of the Prize for Henan Scientific Improvement, 2 terms of the Prize for Henan Educational Committee Scientific Improvement, 2 terms of the Prize for Henan Excellent Article. 5 articles were presented in international academic meeting., 百拇医药
