大鼠下丘脑室旁核内一氧化氮合酶神经元的生后发育

解剖科学进展000311摘 要:应用NADPH-黄递酶组织化学和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)免疫组织化学方法以及计算机图像分析,观察NOS神经元在大鼠下丘脑室旁核(PVN)生后发育各阶段的形态及分布特征。结果显示,1 d时PVN内已有NOS神经元。随着生长发育,PVN的面积逐渐变化,NOS神经元主要集中在PVN的外侧大细胞部及腹侧部,细胞逐渐增多,胞体的平均截面积逐渐变大,平均灰度值逐渐降低。14 d以后至成年鼠(90 d)以上变化不明显。结果提示,PVN中NOS神经元的生后发育和成熟主要在14 d前,尤以7 d至14 d为关键时期。 Postnatal Development of NOS Neurons in the Paraventricular Nucleus of Rat Hypothalamus

Abstract:In the present research, the postnatal development of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) neurons in the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN) of the rat was studied by means of NADPH-d histochemical, NOS immunohistochemical methods and image analysis. The results showed that NOS neurons were present in PVN on day 1 of postnatal life. With the development, the PVN was gradually enlarged in size and NOS neurons were predominantly confined within lateral magnocellular and ventral subdivisions of PVN. NOS neurons were increased in number and the soma area was increased while grey level decreased. The number and morphology of NOS neurons remained unchanged after day 14. These results indicate that the main developmental stage of NOS neurons is from d 1 to d 14, especially from d 7 to d 14.
