左房粘液瘤X线平片与超声心动图的诊断价值

摘 要：目的探讨左房粘液瘤的影像学特征及其鉴别诊断价值。方法分析28倒手术病理证实的左房粘液瘤的影像学表现。并且加以比较与鉴别。结果①左房粘液瘤的X线平片与二尖瓣狭窄略有相似，但其具有相对特征。②超声波能直接显示左房内团块状回声。并可观察瘤体随心动周期而活动情况。结论在临床上当瘤体阻塞瓣口后产生类似二尖瓣狭窄的症状和体征。加之两者的X线平片表现有相似之处，因而有时在鉴别诊断上较困难。超声心动图具有确诊价值，X线平片对于鉴别两者有一定价值。

Abstract：To evaluate the imaging peculiarity of left atrial myxoma by plain film and echocardiography. investigating its evaluation of the differential diagnosis.Methods 28 cases,who had been proved through operation and pathology to be suffering from left atrial myxoma,were analyzed about their inaging indications,and comparative and differentiating studies were included.Results ①The plain film of left atrial myxom was somewhat similar to that of mitral strnosis.②Echography could directly show mass echo and the movement of tumor with cardiac cycle within the left chamber.Conclusio When the tumor blocks the valve opening，some clinical indications resembling mitral stenosis are produced,and this often makes differentiation diagnosis difficult.Echography os valuable in obtaining correct diagnosis and plain film is helpful to the diffferentiation.
