突触体素、S-100蛋白、NSE免疫反应神经纤维在人脾脏的分布

解剖科学进展000426 摘要 探讨人脾脏突触体素、S-100蛋白和NSE免疫反应神经纤维的支配,为脾脏的神经免疫相互作用提供形态学资料。应用免疫组织化学ABC法观察正常人脾脏30例,福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋组织切片。结果显示突触体素、S-100蛋白和NSE免疫反应神经纤维呈细丝、串珠状,沿着脾血管的各级分支进入脾实质,主要沿着脾动脉的分支而分布,以中央动脉血管尤为丰富,它们分布在白髓、红髓和边缘区,穿行于淋巴细胞之间。人脾脏小梁中未查见免疫反应神经纤维。由此可提示人类脾脏有突触体素、S-100蛋白、NSE免疫反应神经纤维的分布,为人类脾脏神经免疫相互作用提供了形态学资料。

The Distribution of Synaptophysin, S-100 Protein, NSE Immunoreactive Nerve Fibers in Human Spleen

Abstract To study the distribution of synaptophysin, S-100 protein and neuronal specific enolase (NSE) immunoreactive nerve fibers in human spleen, supply morphologic data for the interactions between nerve and immunity in human spleen. 30 samples of normal human spleen were fixed in 10% formalin, embeded in paraffin and stained by immunohistochemical ABC method. In human spleen, synaptophysin, S-100 protein and NSE immunoreactive nerve fibers were observed to be presented as linear, varicose profiles, entering the parenchyma with the vasculature, traveling along the branching vasculature and distributing mainly in the central artery with vascular plexus. In the white pulp, red pulp and marginal zone there are immunoreactive nerve fibers and close to lymphocytes. Immuhnoreactive nerve fibers were not found in the speen trabecula. It is suggested that there are innervation of synaptophysin, S-100 protein and NSE immunoreactive nerve fibers in human spleen which might provide morphologic data for the interactions between nerve and immunity in human spleen.
