    皮肌炎伴弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤一例

    【摘要】皮肌炎是一种自身免疫性疾病，可累及全身多个器官，并且可伴发恶性肿瘤。弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)是非霍奇金淋巴瘤中最常见的一种类型，其临床表现和病理类型复杂多样，其中40%的患者可有结外表现。皮肌炎伴发DLBCL的报道少见，该例可为临床诊治提供更多思路。

    Abstract【】Dermatomyositis is an autoimmune disease involving with multiple systemic organs, and may be accompanied with malignant tumors. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma with complex clinical manifestations and pathological types. And 40% of DLBCL patients presented with extranodal manifestations. However, dermatomyositis complicated with DLBCL has been rarely reported. This report provides more evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of similar cases. ......
