    维生素D与炎症性肠病的相关性研究进展

    【摘要】炎症性肠病是一种表现为消化道特异性炎症的疾病，主要包括克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎。其发病原因涉及环境、遗传、免疫、感染等，具体原因尚未明确。近期研究发现，维生素D缺乏可能与炎症性肠病的发生相关。维生素D与维生素D 受体结合后可通过改变肠道黏膜屏障，影响固有免疫和适应性免疫，进而影响炎症性肠病的发生发展。该文主要对维生素D与炎症性肠病的关系进行综述。

    作者简介：通讯周影，助理研究员。现工作于宁波市第一医院分子医学实验室。2008年毕业于华东师范大学，获理学硕士学位，曾于2006年8月至2008年7月在中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所联合培养2年，并曾在该研究所工作。现主要从事干细胞培养、诱导分化，以及信号通路研究等相关工作。近年参与省、市自然科学基金等科研课题2项，在国内外专业学术杂志上发表学术论文4篇。

    Abstract【】Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is manifested as specific gastrointestinal tract inflammation, mainly including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. The exact etiology of IBD remains unclear, probably associated with environment, heredity, immunity and infection, etc. Recent studies have demonstrated that vitamin D deficiency is probably correlated with the incidence of IBD. The combination of vitamin D and vitamin D receptor can affect innate and adaptive immunity through altering intestinal mucosal barrier, thereby exerting an effect upon the incidence and development of IBD.
